Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Fashion Fix application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement to create a Fashion Fix account. Kids Profiles are subordinate profiles managed by an adult account holder. The adult account holder is responsible for all activity associated with their account and any Kids Profiles they create.
3. Fashion Fix Service
Fashion Fix provides AI-powered styling, a virtual closet, clothing auto-tagging, Digital AI Twin and Virtual Try-On features, outfit generation, saved outfits, an outfit calendar and planner, optional Google Calendar integration, user feedback and personalization, and adult-controlled Kids Profiles. The specific features available may change over time.
4. AI / Styling / Visualization Disclaimer
Styling recommendations, generated imagery, and visualizations are provided for styling and visualization purposes. Generated visuals may not precisely reproduce color, fit, texture, proportions, availability, or real-world appearance of garments. Fashion Fix does not guarantee that an outfit or product will fit or appear exactly as visualized. AI outputs may contain errors or variations.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content that you own and upload to Fashion Fix. By uploading content, you grant Fashion Fix a limited license to host, process, analyze, transform, generate requested technical outputs, display back to you, and otherwise operate, maintain, secure, and support the requested features of the Service. This license is limited to providing and operating the Fashion Fix service as described in our Privacy Policy and is subject to applicable provider arrangements.
You represent that you have the appropriate rights and authority to upload any content you provide to Fashion Fix. You may not upload another person's image without appropriate authorization. Adults creating Kids Profiles represent that they have the authority to provide the child's data and photos.
You acknowledge that third-party platform and AI providers may process uploaded content, including photos, and that on our current platform service tier such content may be used for AI model training as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
Rights in AI-generated content may vary by applicable law and third-party provider terms. Fashion Fix does not claim exclusive copyright ownership of AI-generated outputs. You may use outputs for personal use subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, visual layouts, interfaces, and underlying software within the App — including but not limited to the Fashion Fix name, logo, graphic assets, and source code — are the exclusive property of Fashion Fix LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
The styling engine and database methodology are proprietary technology. By using the App, you acknowledge that the specific process of generating styled looks based on a user's uploaded closet and specific occasions is proprietary to Fashion Fix LLC.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems or another user's account;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service;
- Upload malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Upload images of another person without appropriate authorization;
- Copy, duplicate, clone, or redistribute the App's layout, visual flow, screens, or functionality;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where prohibited by law;
- Use automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or data-mining tools to extract data from the App, except where prohibited by law.
9. Subscription Plans
Fashion Fix offers the following subscription plans:
- Base subscription: $14.99 per month or $130 per year.
- Kids add-on: $4.99 per month (added to an active base subscription).
No free trial is currently offered. Pricing and plan availability may change as described in these Terms.
10. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval (monthly or annually) until canceled, unless required otherwise by applicable law, app-store rules, or billing-provider policies.
11. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel eligible Stripe-billed subscriptions through Fashion Fix's subscription-management flow or the Stripe Customer Portal. Under the current Stripe configuration, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
If Fashion Fix is later made available through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subscriptions purchased through those stores may be governed by the applicable app store's management and cancellation procedures.
12. Refunds
Except where required by law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Any refund eligibility may depend on the payment platform, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction.
13. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or your subscription becomes inactive, your access to Fashion Fix features may be limited or suspended, subject to applicable billing-provider processes.
14. Price Changes
Fashion Fix may change pricing prospectively. We will provide notice of price changes as required by applicable law or platform rules.
15. Third-Party Services
Fashion Fix relies on third-party and service-provider infrastructure for payment processing, authentication, calendar integration, email, image processing, and AI services. Third-party terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of those services. Fashion Fix is not responsible for the practices of third-party services beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Account Deletion / Termination
You may initiate account deletion within Fashion Fix as described in our Privacy Policy. Not all physical copies of data may be immediately removed, as described in the Privacy Policy. Fashion Fix may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
17. Service Availability
Fashion Fix does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, outages, provider issues, updates, or other reasons.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as required by applicable law, Fashion Fix disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fashion Fix LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Fashion Fix's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fashion Fix in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if no payment was made, a reasonable amount as determined by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
21. Changes to Terms
Fashion Fix may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may require notice or re-acceptance. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
